Apibūdinimas: We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and reliable VA  to assist with marketing, customer service and sales for a fast growing e-commerce brand in North America.

Ideally you are an energetic, self starter is passionate about going above and beyond to provide an excellent level of customer support while supporting the growth of the company.


Requirements:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Shopify / ecommerce brands

Social media management and graphic design using Canva


Key Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to the ecommerce manager, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and doing email outreach.

Assist in product listing and inventory management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across multiple sales channels.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.

Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and schedule posts to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across various platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Utilize Canva or similar tools to create basic graphic design assets for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Assist in some customer service activities, including order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies.

Perform basic data analysis and generate reports on ecommerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

Stay updated on industry trends, ecommerce best practices, and emerging technologies, recommending innovative ideas to improve our online presence.


Key Requirements:


Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and processes, including product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for driving engagement and brand awareness.

Proficiency in using Canva or similar graphic design tools to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.

Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online tools and platforms commonly used in ecommerce.

Experience in customer service and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.


Qualifications:


University degree or equivalent; additional certifications or training in digital marketing or ecommerce or related fields are a plus.

Previous experience working in an ecommerce environment is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with popular ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central.

Understanding of email marketing and familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

Basic knowledge of HTML and website management is a plus.



This position is ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting LONG TERM role within a growing company working 15-20 hours a week with the option to grow into full time.


Hourly Range: $5.00-$9.00
