| Apibūdinimas: | Looking for an IT support engineer for a long term engagement. It would be a permanent position handling 10 small clients 17 servers and 50 PCs. I am not expecting this to be a high-pressure role but you need to resolve teething issues. The availability is 8.30 am - 5.30 pm AEDT Monday to Friday. This is not a very busy env and you will have plenty of free time but you need to be available in this window to act on the tickets. You may be required for the weekends where you will get an extra flat rate on an hourly basis. Project work will be extra. You will be responding to Alerts based on the criticality and Respond to tickets in a timely manner. IF interested put "AM" in the cover letter Looking for someone to start ASAP.
