| Apibūdinimas: | We're looking for someone who can research modern approaches and practical guidance on how a company can hire for diversity and create an inclusive environment. Online inspiration you'll draw from included big corporate power houses such as consultancy firms, recruitment peak bodies, smaller impressive work places and top workplaces to work from around the world. We want to know who's doing this well and what we can learn from them to help other organisations. Examples from the world of engineering a bonus. Output will be a report which identifies approaches and practical guidance, overview, positive and negatives of each approach, case studies where necessary and source. We don't require a formal report at this point, just information well placed in a word document which can then be reviewed before written into a report.
