| Apibūdinimas: | I left my previous company called centsai.com on 10/31/2019. I was working as an independent contractor. They owe me 4 months of back pay. They told me in an email that they will clear my invoice in couple of weeks but now they are saying they won't until they find a replacement. Questions I have: 1) Is there anything I can do legally to get my pay. 2) According to the contract they are supposed to pay in 45 days or they are in breach of the contract. What does that mean?
