Apibūdinimas: We are a Financial Services business and are looking to improve our systems, technology and automation. The main part of this is to get a CRM which has the functionality to do what we are proposing.


What we are looking to do is as follows:


CRM

• Workflows for current clients, prospects, newsletter subscribers etc


• Ability to have forms on our website which automatically update our CRM and commence the workflow depending on where the information came from.


• Ability to do automatic emails which are customised with client data when triggers are met. For example, client review date is 1st July and review email is sent one month earlier with required documentation.


• Ability to have custom fields in the CRM. For example, for certain clients we may need to keep income, expenses etc.


• Emails to come in and out of CRM for action and to be stored on clients file.


• Document creation directly from CRM in to document and ability to do calculations on some of the data prior to populating the document. For example, with income we will need to calculate tax which then give net income. Happy to do this via excel. So, it may be CRM exports data to excel, we do calcs and populate document/template.


• Ability to import contact data via excel


• Digital signatures for document produced


• Newsletters for new clients and existing clients


• Calendar synching and ability for clients to book appointment from website. Currently using Calendly.


• We intend to use Landing pages in the future, so ability to integrate in to CRM and automate workflow to market to client.


• In the future we would like to give clients the option to log in to view the information we have on them and update the information themselves.


We have looked at various CRM’s (Insightly, Zoho, Hubspot etc) and are just wondering which would be the best option for the above-mentioned requirements.


Please note that our website is using Wordpress and we currenlty use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, etc) so any suggestions should consider this.


The first task is to provide an idea of the ongoing costs for the recommended CRM including integrations to complete the above tasks.


Once we are happy with the recommended CRM, the second task would be to help us implement the above workflows etc and ensure the CRM is set up to complete the requirements. We will post a new job for this (more than likely engage the services of the successful candidate for task one)
